All follow-up visits will be scheduled at the time of checkout. If you are not scheduled the main office can also take of your scheduling requirements.

If ordered tests are completed, you will need to meet with Dr. Spitz as a follow-up. If surgery is recommended, we will then contact you to proceed with scheduling.
